Ingredients:
2 boxes Athens Mini Fillo Shells
14 ounce package Stadium Brats Cooked Bratwurst
1 cup sauerkraut
mustard of your choice - yellow, Dijon
shredded swiss cheese
Instructions:
Grill the bratwurst links indirectly above heat source on low heat for about 7 to 10 minutes, turning links often.
Spread mustard inside and tops of fillo shells. Mix a little mustard and some shredded cheese with the squeezed out sauerkraut and put about a teaspoon,or more, inside each shell. Cut grilled bratwurst into 30 pieces and fit each piece on top of sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and place shells on baking sheet and set on grill or under broiler just until cheese melts. Top with extra mustard, if desired.
