8 ounces steak, cooked and sliced thin
4 ounces Italian shredded cheese
1/2 cup gourmet peppers. divided
1 small shallot, sliced thin
20-25 Athens mini fillo shells
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine steak, cheese, 2/3 of the peppers and shallots in a mixing bowl.
3. Place fillo shells on a large oven proof sheet pan. Top each shell with meat mixture and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
4. Top each cup with remaining peppers.
