1 (1.9-oz.) box Athens Mini Fillo Shells
½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1/3 cup peeled, cored, ripe Bosc pear, finely chopped
¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
3 tablespoons toasted finely chopped walnuts plus additional for garnishing
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Arrange fillo shells on a large baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine Italian cheese, pear, gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. Fill the fillo shells evenly with the cheese mixture.
3. Bake for 5 to7 minutes. Garnish with walnuts.
