15 mini fill cups
15 prepared frozen chicken or turkey meatballs, thawed
1/2 C. Prepared sweet-n-sour sauce
1 T. Hot pepper jelly
2 spring green onions, tops and bottom chopped 3/8 " thick
Preheat oven and bake mini fillo cups 3-5 minutes until crisp.
Preheat grill on medium high heat for 6 minutes, at the same time preheat a preforated grill pan.
In a medium size microwave safe bowl combine the sweet-n-sour sauce with the pepper jelly and microwave for 50-60 seconds.
Grill the meatballs 3 minutes. Add the green onion and continue grilling 2 minutes. Remove to bowl with sweet-n-sour pepper sauce. Toss well to coat.
Fill each cup with 1 meatball and some sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
