Gingerbread Smores

Ingredients:

15 Athens mini fillo shells
5 small gingerbread cookies, chopped
1 cup marshmallow crème
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

Place shells on cookie sheet. Fill bottom of shells with chopped cookie. Top with marshmallow crème. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes or until chips begin to melt. Remove from oven and garnish with additional gingerbread pieces.

A tasty new way to enjoy smores. Great for the holidays or anytime you want to share some fun!
