Ingredients:
1 (1.9 oz) package Athens Mini Fillo Shells, 15 ct., thawed according to package directions
1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese with onions and chives
1 pear, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced to fit Athens Mini Fillo Shells
3 deli-cut prosciutto slices, cut into thin strips
Honey, for drizzling over fillo shells
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange fillo shells on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese into center of each fillo shell. Wrap 2 pear slices with 2 prosciutto strips; place in center of each fillo shell. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Before serving, drizzle each shell with honey.
