Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
1 cup leftover beef pot roast
2/3 cup guacamole
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/8 cup green onion, diced
Instructions:
Fill cups with pot roast.
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes until beef is hot
Top with a guacamole, lettuce and green onion.
