8oz Athens fillo dough
1/2cup butter (melted)
1 10oz pkg frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 Tbs chopped garlic
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
2 Cups brown gravy
2 1/2 Cups shredded swiss cheese
Lightly brown ground beef and drain most of the grease off. Return it to the pan with the onion, garlic spinach and mushrooms allow this mixture to heat until onions are clear.
In the mean time line the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with alternating layers of butter and Athens Fillo Dough. use about 8 to 10 sheets.
Put the ground beef mixture into the prepared pan and mix the gravy into thie ground beef. Top with shredded swiss cheese. Then add more layers of Athens Fillo Dough alternated with melted butter on the top to form a nice top "crust."
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour or until the top crust is well browned and flakey.
