Far East Meatballs With Fresh Tomato Salad

Chef's Choice - Make it Fabulous with Fillo

Ingredients:

1 egg white, slightly beaten
15 frozen uncooked cocktail size meatballs, thawed
2-1/2 tablespoons Far East Sesame Ginger Blend (McCormick)
1/3 cup seeded diced plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 box (15 count) Athen's Mini Filo Shells, crisped as package directs

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350°. Place egg white in small bowl; add half the meatballs and coat. Place Sesame Ginger Blend in separate dish and coat each meatball. Place on flat rimmed baking pan. Repeat with remaining egg white, meatballs and Blend. Bake 20 minutes until slightly crisp.

While meatballs are baking, mix together the tomatoes, green onion, salt and Seasoned Rice Vinegar. Divide evenly into all shells. Top with one baked meatball and serve.
