Bring this campfire classic indoors and add a Mini Fillo Shell crunch with this easy dessert recipe.

  • 6 tablespoons Jet-puffed Marshmallow Crème
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 6 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (plus more for garnish, optional)
  • 2 packages (15 count, each) Athens Mini Fillo Shells


  1. In a medium bowl mix marshmallow creme with heavy cream until smooth. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Mix until evenly coated. Spoon a 1/2 teaspoon of the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each Fillo Shell. Fill shells with a heaping teaspoon of the marshmallow mixture. Arrange filled shells evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for five minutes. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs if desired. Serve immediately.
  2. Note: Chocolate chips will retain their original shape but will be soft when eaten.
