1 package of Athens mini fillo shells
4oz of softened marscarpone cheese
1/2 cup of whipped topping
2 tablespoons of mini semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
8 bing cherries, pitted and halved
chocolate shavings for garnish
Combine the marscarpone, whipped topping, and cinnamon. Fold in mini chocolate chips and fill shells with the mixture. Top with a half cherry each and garnished with shaved dark chocolate.
