38 Very Small Shrimp (100/200 per lb.), cooked, deveined and shells & tails off; if frozen, thaw first, divided
1/2 C. Whipped Cream Cheese
1 T. + 4 t. Bottled Cocktail Sauce, divided
1/8 t. Onion Powder
1 Box Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 count)
Chop 8 of the shrimp. In a small bowl, mix together whipped cream cheese, 1 T. cocktail sauce, chopped shrimp and onion powder. Spoon evenly into mini fillo shells. Place 2 of the remaining 30 shrimp, heads and tails together, on top of a filled shell to form a heart. Repeat with remaining shrimp and filled shells. With a small spoon, fill the center of hearts with remaining 4 t. cocktail sauce, dividing evenly among them.
Serve immediately or place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
