Chef's Choice - 1-2-3-4 Mini Fillo Shells Recipe Contest

Ingredients:

15 Athens mini fillo shells
¾ cup onion and chive cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup deli corned beef, chopped
1 Tablespoon dill

Instructions:

Combine cream cheese and mayo. Add corned beef. Fill shells. Sprinkle dill on top. Serve chilled.

These tasty little cups can be served hot or cold. To serve them hot simply fill the shells and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. If you plan to heat them make sure you do only fill the shells ¾ full.
