Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
1 cup small shrimp
1/3 cup hot salsa
2 avocados, sliced
2 Tablespoons red onion, diced
Instructions:
Bake fillo shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. [1] In a small bowl, combine shrimp and salsa. [2] Place one or two slices of avocado in shell. [3] top with shrimp mixture. [4] Garnish with red onion. Serve chilled. Just enough heat to fire up the Mississippi State Delta Devils at graduation. As easy as 1-2-3-4.
