1 pkg. Phyllo Dough
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Cinnamon
Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Coat one full sheet of phyllo with butter and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place another sheet of phyllo on top and repeat buttering and sugaring. Roll sheets in jellyroll fasion lenthwise. Curl into cinnamon roll shape. Place on baking sheet and brush tops with butter. Continue making rolls until all sugar is used.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. or until browned and crispy. Serve warm with whipped cream and a drizzle of honey and chopped walnuts.
