Ingredients:
2 packages Athens Mini Fillo Shells (1.90 oz box ea.)
1 - 8oz. cream cheese (room tempature)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Remove plastic from fillo shells container, but leave shells in container, and set aside. In large bowl with elecrtic mixer, mix together cream cheese, peanut butter, marshmallow cream,powdered sugar until well blended. Next, on top of the stove in a small pot over low heat add chocolate chips and butter. Will melt quickly so stir constantly, once melted set aside while you add you peanut butter mixture to piping bag, or plastic ziplock bag. If using plastic ziplock bag cut a 1/4" tip off one corner. Then fill you fillo cups with peanut butter mixture. With a spoon, dip spoon into chocolate and drizzle over peanut butter cups. Then refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
