2 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken breast
2 (15 count) boxes Athens mini fillo shells
3 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese
2 stalks celery, cut into matchsticks
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese and wing sauce for 1-2 minutes until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in chicken. Divide into fillo shells. Place on a large cookie sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle tops with bleu cheese. Bake for 2-3 minutes more just until cheese is melted. Stick 2 or 3 celery matchsticks in each. Makes 30.
