1) 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2) lime zest from 1 lime
3) 1 teaspoon vanilla
4) 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Sugar (white)
5) 2 packages of Athens Mini Fillo Shells
Beat together all ingredients except shells until smooth, creamy and well blended.
Arrange shells on baking sheet and place approximately 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in each shell.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with nuts or dried fruit, if desired.
