Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
½ cup canned black beans, drained
½ cup cooked rice
½ cup salsa
½ cup cooked chicken, chopped
Instructions:
Combine beans, rice and salsa. Fill shells. Place 2 or 3 pieces of chicken on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot with additional salsa, if desired.
