1 slice (1/4-inch thick) deli corned beef, diced
3/4 cup sauerkraut, well drained and chopped
3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese, divided
3 tablespoons thousand island dressing
15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 package)
15 black olive slices
Heat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; stir. Fill Fillo shells, place on baking sheet, sprinkle with additional Swiss cheese and top with olive slice. Bake until cheese is melted and filling is hot, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
