1 Box of Athens Mini Filo Shells
1/2 cup prepared hummus (any flavor)
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup seeded and chopped cucumber
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Put Athens filo shells on a serving platter.
Mix carrots and cucumbers
Put a teaspoon of hummus in each filo cup, top with a teaspoon of carrot/cucumber and finish with a teaspoon of feta cheese
