1 package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 bag (14 ounces) SMALL jelly beans
1 - 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup half & half
14 ounce package of Twizzles cherry ropes
Cut 1 ounce (about 20) small jelly beans into tiny pieces with a sharp paring knife.
With a mixer, combine instant vanilla pudding with half & half until thickened. Add mini pieces of jelly beans and mix together. Keep chilled in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Cut 2 whole Twizzle ropes into 4 inch lengths. Separate the 9 sections into 2 pieces together to use as a basket handle.
When ready to serve, fill mini fillo cups with jelly bean mixture and put a handle in each basket. Don't refrigerate filled; serve right away.
(Kids love these and they make a great centerpiece over Easter grass along with other Easter or Springtime desserts.)
