CHOCOLATE FONDUE CUPS

Ingredients:

Heavy whipping cream - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon
Semi sweet chocolate chips - 5 ounce
Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
ATHENS MINI FILLO SHELLS - 15
Strawberries- 5 , thinly sliced
Pretzels , coarsely crushed - for garnish

Instructions:

Place the chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
Bring the cream , sugar and butter to a boil in a small sauce pan .
Immediately pour over the chocolate.
Add the vanilla extract and stir until melted.
Let rest at room temperature until completely cooled (3 -5 hours).
Thaw ATHENS MINI FILLO SHELLS according to package instructions.
Place a few strawberry slices in the bottom of each shell and top with 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture . Garnish with crushed pretzels.
Serve immediately.
