Ingredients:
1 box Mini Fillo Shells
3 cups cooked and cubed chicken, white and/or dark meat
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 6-oz cans chopped green chiles
2 tbs cilantro or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Fajitas seasoning, optional
Instructions:
Saute onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add chicken, and rest of the ingredients. Fill the mini fillo shells. Top with grated cheese, salsa and sour cream, if desired. A crowd pleaser, and an easy and delicious appetizer for any occasion!
