Chicken Breast 1
Chicken Broth 1c
Blue Cheese 2oz
Toasted Pecan(Chopped) 1/4c
Vidalia onion (finely diced) 1T.
celery stalk 1 (finely diced)
raisins or cranberries (chopped) 1/4c
Chives chopped for garnish
Poach Chicken in Chicken broth. Set aside and let cool. Then dice to very small dices.
In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix then stir in chicken. Salt and pepper to taste
Fill the fillo cups and garnish with chopped chives
