Ingredients:
1 package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 cup whipped topping
2/3 cup dry white cake mix
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries
15 Cherry chocolate kisses
Additional whipped topping and cherry pieces for garnish.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 cup whipped topping and the dry cake mix from the package until completely incorporated. Fold in the chopped cherries.
Place shells on a baking sheet and fill almost to top spreading evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until set. Let cool 1-2 minutes; then press a cherry kiss candy down lightly in center of cake. Top with a dollop of whipped topping and cherry piece on each side for garnish.
