Caviar Pie in Fillo

Ingredients:

1 package Athens frozen mini fillo shells
8 Ounces Softened Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1 Two Ounce Jar Black Caviar
4 Hard Boiled Eggs – Shelled and Separated, Finely Chopped
1/3 cup chopped green onion

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place empty Fillo Shells on a baking tray and bake for 3-5 minutes. Cool.
Meanwhile, boil the eggs for 15-20 minutes, chill, shell, separate and chop.
In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy.
Spoon mixture into baked Fillo Shells. Mound a dollop of black caviar in center of cups. Surround with chopped egg yolk, chopped egg whites, and chopped green onion.
Serve chilled.
