1.9 oz. box Athens Mini Fillo Shell, thawed
1 1/4 cup finely chopped, peeled and cored apple (1 medium apple)
2 tablespoons plus 4 teaspoons caramel ice cream topping, divided
4 tablespoons chopped packaged praline pecans, divided
1/3 cup whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fillo shells onto a large baking sheet. Place in preheated oven and bake for 3 - 5 minutes, for added crispness. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, place the apple, 2 tablespoons caramel and 2 tablespoons pecans, mix to combine. Fill shells evenly with apple mixture. Top each evenly with the remaining 4 teaspoons of caramel topping (about 1/4 teaspoon each). Top each with a dollop of whipped cream, sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons pecans, and drizzle with a bit of the remaining caramel left in the bowl from the apples.
