15 Athens mini phyllo shells
2 apples, thinly sliced or chopped
3 oz Brie, chopped
¼ cup caramel ice cream topping
2 Tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
Place chopped Brie in bottom of phyllo shell. Top with 1 Tablespoon apple or single apple slice. Drizzle with caramel topping. Sprinkle almonds on top. Serve chilled.
The fresh apple and salty Brie are a great combination. Great for a dinner party or as a tasty late night snack.
