Brie Bites

Ingredients:

1 package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
½ lb brie cheese, with or without rind removed
½ cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add sugar and pecans. Cook for 3 minutes making sure all pecans are coated.

Place Fillo shells on baking sheet. Cube brie and place in each cup. Top with pecan mixture and bake for another 7-8 minutes.
