15 Athens mini fillo shells
4 to 6 slices deli corned beef
½ cup coleslaw
¼ cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
Cut corned beef into pieces that will fit in shells. Place meat in shells and sprinkle with cheese. Heat shells at 350 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes to melt cheese. Remove from oven and top with coleslaw and dressing.
