1 cup Frozen blackberries
1 cup semi sweet chocolate
1-1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
20 Phyllo Cups
Step One - Combine chocolate with 1/4 heavy whipping cream.
Step two - Heat the mixture in the microwave (checking every 30 seconds) until the chocolate has melted.
Step 3 - After baking the prepared phyllo cups fill 1/3 of the inside of each cup with the chocolate mixture (ganache). Place in Freezer for 5 minutes to set.
Step 4 - Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream. When you start to reach soft peaks add 1 Tbsp at a time until you've added 1/4 cup. Stop mixing when you have reached stiff peaks.
Step 4 - Pipe whip cream onto set chocolate mixture inside phyllo cups with a pastry bag to fill 1/3 of the cup.
Step 5 - Let blackberries thaw. Toss them with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and let set for 5 minutes. Add one blackberries on the top of the whip cream in your phyllo cup for flavor and as a garnish.
