Ingredients:
1 package (15) Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 cup shredded grilled chicken
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
15 dill pickle hamburger chips
1/4 cup finely diced onion
Instructions:
Bake Athens Mini Fillo Shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until crisp. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Place one pickle slice into the bottom of each Athens Mini Fillo Shell. Spoon BBQ chicken into each shell (on top of pickle chips), filling them. Sprinkle all BBQ Chicken Bites with diced onions, and serve.
