Baked Crab Rangoon

Ingredients:

4 green onions
1-8 oz package imitation Crab Meat Chunks-pat dry with paper towels
2-8oz packages Cream Cheese-softened
1 tsp minced Garlic
½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
6 drops Tabasco
2-15 count boxes Mini Fillo Shells

Instructions:

In a food processor coarsely chop green onions (whites & greens). Add Crab Meat, pulse several times to combine.

Cut cream cheese into cubes and place into processor bowl, add Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce and Tabasco. Process until well combined and creamy.

Place frozen Fillo Shells on large cookie sheet with sides. Using a small cookie scoop, fill each shell with filling, one scoop per shell.

Bake 15 minutes @ 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes:

Two of my children have Crohn's Disease. They must avoid fried foods, but love Crab Rangoon. We tried the crab filling in the mini Fillo shells and loved it! I serve them with Chinese Hot & Sour Soup.
