Ingredients:
1/2 bag of frozen cocktail (salad) shrimp
1//4 C chopped, fresh cilantro
1/2 C sour cream
2T chopped red pepper
2T chopped carrots
1/4 t red pepper
phyllo cups (2 boxes)
Toasted sesame soy/ginger sauce
Instructions:
Thaw shrimp. Mix first six ingredients together. Put in phyllo shells. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Drizzle with toasted soy ginger sauce and serve!!!
