Apple Sausage Roll Up's
*1 Pkg. Eckrich Lil Smokies beef sausage
*1 Pkg. Phyllo Dough
*1 Can Apple Pie Filling
*12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
*2 T. melted butter
**Roll out Phyllo dough and cut in rectangles.
**Place Lil Smokey in middle of Phyllo piece.
**Top with 1/4 c. of cheddar cheese.
**Place 2 T. of apple pie filling on top of sausage/cheese mixture.
**Roll up Phyllo dough, tuck ends under and brush with melted butter.
**Spray a 9 X 12 baking sheet with non stick spray, place Apple Sausage Roll Up's on baking sheet.
**Bake for 25 min. at 350.
**Warms up well for sleepy heads!
