1 -16 oz. tub of crumbled Blue Cheese ( gorgonzola may be substituted )
6-medium macintosh apples
1-package of phyllo dough
I can't believe it's not butter spray
Take 2 sheets of the phyllo dough, spray with "butter". Add 2 more sheets, repeat until you have 3 or 4 layers.
Peel, core and dice apples into small pieces. Add entire tub of Blue Cheese to apples. Place apple/cheese mixture onto phyllo dough forming a log shape.
Bring up ends of phyllo dough. Spray with more butter and roll one end over the next. Crimp edges between knuckles to hold. Fold or roll in ends to seal
Bake @ 325 degrees until golden ( approx. 20-30 minutes)
