Ingredients:
6 slices maple flavored smoked bacon
8 oz diced chicken white and dark meat
2 tbls coarse mustard
3 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
2 pkgs 15 count mini fillo cups
Instructions:
cook bacon in frying pan until crisp.drain on paper towels.
cook chicken in bacon fat 5 minutes add mustard toss to coat.
spoon into fillo cups top with cheese and walnuts.
Notes:
you can also use applewood smoked bacon
