1 (1.9-ounce) package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1/4 cup crab meat
1/4 cup diced mango
1/4 cup diced avocado
1 spring onion, sliced
1 small jalapeno, seeded, finely diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lime thinly sliced and quartered
Crisp fillo shells according to package directions. Place shells on a serving plate.
In a small bowl, combine crab meat, mango, avocado, spring onion, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper. Spoon crab mixture into fillo shells. Stand a lime quarter in center of each shell.
