Ingredients 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese - Softened 1/2 Cup Frozen Whole Kerenel Corn - Thawed 1/4 Cup Green Onion - Chopped 1/4 Cup Montrey Jack Cheese - Grated 1/2 Cup Fresh Tomatoes - Peeled and Finely Chopped 2 Pkg Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 ct ea)
Instructions Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl, carefully fold in corn, onion, cheese and tomatoes.
Fill Athens Mini Shells with mixture.
