Ingredients
2 Pkg Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 ct ea)
3oz Pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Cup Half & Half
8oz Cream Cheese - Softened
1/4 Cup Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 Cup Pecans - Toasted and Crushed
Instructions
Place the Athens Mini Phyllo Shells on a serving dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the instant pudding and milk. Beat until thickened.
Add softened cream cheese, and butterscotch schnapps. Continue to beat until smooth.
Fold in the prepared pecans.
Refrigerate filling until ready to serve.
When ready to serve spoon mixture into Athens Mini Phyllo Shell.
Serve immediately.
