Ingredients 4 tablespoons Sunsweet Lighter Bake (Prune Mixture 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon finely shredded chopped orange rind 1/8 teaspoon salt 5 Famous Chocolate Wafers, finely crushed in food processor 1 box (15) Athen's Mini Fillo shells Sifted powdered sugar
Instructions Heat oven to 350°. Mix together the prune, Hoisin sauce, egg yolk, orange rind and salt. Fold in the finely crushed chocolate crumbs. Divide evenly among all shells and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350°oven for 15 minutes. Remove. Cool 5 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
