Ingredients 1 Beef Brat (choose your favorite) ( one pak. equals 14oz that has 6 Brats) 2 “Athens Fillo Dough sheets” 1T. Unsalted butter melted
Dip: 1 T. Yellow mustard 1 T. Honey ( Or use 2T. of your Favorite BBQ Sauce for your dip) 1 Green Onion ( for plating)
Instructions Pre Heat oven 400F Cut Beef Brat into 8s Brush sheets with melted butter on 2 sheets. Cut sheets into 8s with a pizza cutter ( it will be 8 Rectangles.)
At an angle, wrap brat to opposite side ( corner to corner) and fold like a burrito tucking in sides. Put on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes ( check bottom) ( ovens vary) Set aside and make honey mustard dip with 1T Mustard and 1T. Honey ( or use 2T. of your favorite BBQ Sauce!)

Notes Set oven rack on second position in oven Because the Brat is very hot when it comes out, I wait to make the Mustard Sauce after The Brat Bites comes out of the oven. If serving your favorite BBQ Sauce, wait a few mins. before serving. These tasty "Game Night Brat Bites" are also good at room temperature! This is an easy to double reicipe!
