Ingredients 21 oz Pork loin or chops (in dices of 1 inch) 6 oz Ham, cut in dices 1-inch thick 7 oz Swiss cheese (diced) 2 Eggs ½ onion (chopped) 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) salt black pepper
Instructions Cut the ham, the Swiss cheese and the pork loin or chops in dices of about 1 inch thick. Sauté the onion in the oil, then add the pork and simmer till it’s partly cooked. Cut small squares of 4 inch of Phyllo dough. Then pu a piece of Swiss cheese, a piece of ham and a piece of cooked pork in each square, sprinkle some Parmesan on top and brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle some pepper and salt. Fold the square in two and seal the borders. Bake them for 15 min at 350 degrees. Serve.
